Chocolate Pudding Instant Dessert Mix

Preparation time: 4 minutes
Chilling time: 4 – 12 hours

1 box STAFFORDS instant dessert mix

250ml full cream milk


  1. Pour the milk into a 1l mixing bowl, add the powered mixture.
  2. Beat the mixture with an electric beater at a low speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of bowl. Beat the mixture again at high speed for 3 minutes until soft and fluffy. (DO NOT OVER MIX)
  4. For a large family style serving, pour into a bowl and cover with cling film, allow to set for 4 – 12 hours or pour into individual bowls for single servings.
  5. Serve chilled.
