  • 2 English breakfast tea bags
  • 500ml boiling water
  • 500ml sparking water
  • ½ apple, finely sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Ice to serve


  1. Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and allow it to draw for 4 minutes, remove the bags and allow the tea to cool down, once cool place the tea into the refrigerator to chill.
  2. Add the water, apple, cinnamon and lime, allow to infuse for 15 minutes and then serve over ice.
