- 2 Twinings Earl Grey Tea bags
- 500ml boiling water
- 500ml Sparkling water
- Small piece fresh ginger, finely sliced
- 1 star anise
- 1 sprig mint
- Ice to serve
- Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and allow it to draw for 4 minutes, remove the bags and allow the tea to cool down, once cool place the tea into the refrigerator to chill.
- Add the sparkling water, ginger, star anise and mint, allow it to fuse for 10 minutes.
- Fill the glasses with ice and fill the glass with iced tea.
