  • 2 Ryvita
  • 1 small handful salad greens
  • Veggies of your choice, steamed
  • 20ml ricotta cheese crumbled
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 15ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Arrange the salad greens onto the Ryvita. Place the veggies onto the greens
  2. Top with the ricotta. Mix the lemon juice, poppy seeds and olive oil together and sprinkle over the veggies.
  3. Season to taste. Serve immediately.
