  • 240 g of Tipiak Organic Gourmand Quinoa
  • 2 oranges
  • 80 g of dry figs
  • 80 g of dates
  • Juice of one orange
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon


  1. Cook the Organic Gourmand Quinoaas indicated on the box, strain it and save in a salad bowl
  2. Meanwhile, peel and dice the oranges
  3. Slice the dates and the figs
  4. Once the Quinoa is cold, add the orange pieces, figs, dates, orange juice, salt and pepper
  5. Mix honey with lemon juice and cinnamon
  6. Pour it on the quinoa mix and delicately stir
  7. Serve immediately in plates or in individual verrines


  • During summer, you can prepare this salad with fruits like strawberries, raspberries, supplemented with mint or basil
