Sorbet

150ml cranberry juice
15ml red fruit tea, brewed and cooled
30ml sugar

150ml red fruit tea, brews and cooled
300ml soda water
150ml cranberry juice
45ml to 90ml berry liqueur (optional)
Fresh berries to serve

  • To make the sorbet, mix the cranberry juice, tea and cranberry juice. Place in to a container and freeze.
  • Mix the tea, soda water and cranberry juice. Pour into glasses and top with the sorbet, Serve with fresh berries

Did you know?  The sugar in the sorbet makes the ice crystals smaller, making a smoother sorbet.
