Makes 1 serving


  • 5-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 50ml white rum
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Staffords Mint Jelly
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges
  • Soda water, to top

Garnish: mint sprig


Lightly muddle the mint in a shaker.

Add the rum, lime juice, Staffords Mint Jelly and a handful of ice.

Give it a good shake.

Strain into a glass filled with lime wedges and crushed ice.

Top with the club soda.

Garnish with a mint sprig.
